Pawbi is a pet care app. It may store pet profiles, care notes, reminders, app activity, and subscription information so your pet records can work across reinstall and device changes.
Information We Collect
- Account information, including identifiers from Sign in with Apple and the email address Apple provides when available.
- Pet information you enter, such as name, species, breed, age, weight, health notes, care events, reminders, and profile details.
- AI and support content, including prompts, conversation history, and messages you choose to send.
- Subscription and purchase status from Apple and RevenueCat, such as product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal state, and restore events.
- Device, app, analytics, diagnostics, and usage data, such as app version, feature usage, crash or error context, and event timestamps.
- Push notification tokens if you enable notifications.
How We Use Information
- Provide pet profiles, journals, reminders, AI guidance, subscription access, account recovery, and cross-device persistence.
- Maintain app security, prevent abuse, debug errors, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
- Measure product usage, onboarding, paywall, purchase, and feature performance.
- Comply with App Store, payment, tax, legal, safety, and operational requirements.
Service Providers
Pawbi may use trusted providers to operate the app, including Apple for authentication and App Store purchases, RevenueCat for subscription management, PostHog for analytics, OpenAI for AI features, Firebase for push notifications, and AWS for hosting, storage, database, and backend infrastructure.
AI Features
When you use AI guidance, the content you submit and relevant pet context may be sent to AI service providers so the feature can respond. Do not enter information you do not want processed for this purpose. Pawbi is not a veterinary provider and AI responses are informational only.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate Pawbi, process subscriptions, provide support, comply with law, protect users and the service, or complete a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Retention
We keep account and pet data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request deletion as described below.
Your Choices
- You can update or delete pet information inside the app where supported.
- You can manage subscriptions through your Apple App Store account.
- You can disable notifications in iOS settings.
- You can request account or data deletion by contacting support.
Children
Pawbi is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, server-side authorization, private infrastructure for sensitive services, and secure handling of production secrets. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the data entrusted to Pawbi.
International Use
Your information may be processed in countries where Pawbi or its service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your location.
